Information you give us. When you use the enquiry forms on this website, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the material and volume you are interested in, your destination port and anything else you write in your message. We also keep the information you send us when you contact us directly by email, phone or messaging apps.
Business information. If you are a customer, supplier or partner, we keep the contact and company details we need to prepare offers, agree and perform contracts, arrange shipment, inspection and payment, and carry out know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your device and browser type and your approximate location (country or city). Where the law requires it, we only do this with your consent. Our website host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the time of each request, to keep the website secure. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the website forms.
